Starting August 7th, we’re updating the fees for some of our services. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure long-term sustainability, security, and continued investment in improving the Sonect platform.
Why are we making these changes?
As more users rely on Sonect, the costs of maintaining secure and reliable operations increase. These updates help us keep the platform transparent, stable, and user-focused.
Reminder: To avoid the new charges, please complete any top-ups or transfers before August 7th.

Top-up by Credit Card Fees
Fees applied on every top-up transaction as per the requested amount:
- From 20 to 299.99, 2.7% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 20 to 299.99, 2.7% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 300 to 399.99, 2.6% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 400 to 499.99, 2.5% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 500 to 599.99, 2.4% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 600 to 699.99, 2.35% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 700 to 799.99, 2.3% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 800 to 899.99, 2.25% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- From 900 to 999.99, 2.25% of the amount + EUR 1.90
- For 1000 or more, 2.2% of the amount + EUR 1.90

Fees applied on every Send transaction as per the requested amount and receiver’s status if stand-in (Scheme & Banking Service) or stand-out (Scheme only):

- From 0.01 to 10, 2.9 EUR (no royalty fee)
- From 10.01 to 85, 9.86% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From 85.01 to 165, 7.96% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From 165.01 to 300, 5.10% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From 300.01 to 400, 4.50% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From 400.01 to 500, 4.00% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From 500.01 to 600, 3.70% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From 600.01 to 700, 3.50% of the amount + EUR 2.90
- From €700.01 to 800, 3.30% of the amount + EUR 2.90
