I need to edit my personal details
You have mistyped or your personal information has changed?
You can open your profile in the top left corner of the app. There you can change your IBAN or your e-mail address.
If you would like to change your address, name or phone number, please contact our support.

I forgot my passcode
It can happen to the best of us. Just click on Forgot password and we will send you an email. Make sure to open the link in the email only on your smartphone so that you can choose a new password.
Didn’t get an email? Then take a look into the spam folder and if you don’t receive an email, please contact our support team ([email protected])
