From 1st of October 2020 onwards, we will charge a fee per cash withdrawal. However, Sonect will still be the cheapest alternative for cash withdrawals from third-party ATMs.
Pricing Examples
Here are some Pricing examples:
Banktransfer: Let’s say you transfer CHF 200 from your bank account to your Sonect account (Top-up of your Sonect Wallet). This is for free. If you withdraw cash, it will be for free, regardless of the amount.
Credit Cards: Let’s say you transfer CHF 200 from your credit card to your Sonect account (Sonect Wallet). This will cost you CHF 1.50. If you withdraw cash, it will be for free, regardless of the amount.
Migros Bank and Postfinance: Any cash withdrawal, regardless of the amount, will cost you CHF 0.99.
Neon and HBL: If you use Sonect via your neon or HBL account, cash withdrawals will be for free. Always.
5. TWINT: The cash withdrawal via the TWINT app costs CHF 1 for an amount up to CHF 100 and CHF 1.50 for amounts between CHF 110 andCHF 200
