Downloading the Sonect App
Where and on which platform can I download the Sonect app?
You can download the Sonect app on any smartphone or tablet. It’s available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. To register, you’ll need access to the Swiss or Italian app store, depending on your country of residence.
In which countries can I use Sonect?
Sonect is currently available in Switzerland and Italy. To use the app, you must be either a Swiss or Italian resident. Availability in other European countries is coming soon – stay informed by following us on social media or subscribing to our newsletter.
Why are there multiple Sonect apps in the app store?
There are two Sonect apps:
- One for users (to withdraw, deposit, or send cash)
- One for partner shops (to process cash transactions at the point of sale)
Make sure you download the version that fits your role.
I’m not Swiss or Italian. Can I still use the Sonect app?
Currently, you must be a resident of Switzerland or Italy to use the Sonect app. You’ll also need access to the respective App Store / Play Store and a valid payment method such as a credit card.
